1. Booking and payment terms
A token amount of 30% of the total booking value is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the first day of your arrival.
2. Cancellation and refund policy
- Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the arrival date are eligible for a refund of 50% of the token amount.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival are not eligible for a refund.
3. Liability and compliance
We act strictly as a third-party service provider and intermediary. Guests assume full personal and financial liability for any non-compliance with local laws, property rules, or regulations during their stay.
